Then click on Edit > Add File and add the following files from the folder where you extracted ArmaxElf.zip: ArmaxElf.elf, CDLOADER.ELF, Dummy.000, and SCEE_DD folder. Then click on File > Save As and save it as ARMAXELF.XPS in the same folder.



  • Open Max-XPS Converter and convert the ARMAXELF.XPS file to a format that matches your Action Replay MAX disc. To do this, click on Open and select the ARMAXELF.XPS file, then click on Convert and choose the appropriate format (such as ARMAX for US version). Then click on Save As and save it as ARMAXELF.MAX in the same folder.



  • Copy the ARMAXELF.MAX file to your USB mass storage device. Make sure that the file is in the root directory of your device and not in any subfolders.



  • Burn the TITLE.DB file to a blank CD-R disc using your CD burner software. Make sure that the disc is finalized and has no other files on it.
